Little Lost Lovelosers
The fine folks over at the Frank Rivero fan club blog, also known as lovelosers, are all lathered up because they think we abandoned this blog. Well, not true, like just about everything they post. Factually challenged and stoned is no way to go through life so we thought we'd give the honest citizens of Lake County a place to post the truth which so often gets deleted over there. So have at it. Olga and Jim Steele, Jeri Spitter or any other lie enabling figure that chooses to associate with him is fair game.
Frank's accomplishments to date?
How about that citizen oversight committee he needed implemented ASAP?
No new reserve deputies as promised?
Less sub-stations than when he started?
Undersheriff flub?
Now he needs his own lawyer at our expense?

Do the douchebags at the other site count the comments they delete? If the don't, I'll bet they get more that double the amount of posts they claim. They won't admit they get more posts contrary to their position than they do in support of. They're just in denial about how much public support they actually don't have.

DeleteSo here's what we know. Frank made a request for private counsel to be assigned to him at taxpayer expense. He says it's because the DA is investigating his shooting from 4 years ago. The now infamous door jam killing. The contention is that he lied in his interview about what the person he shot at and missed at close range was holding in his hands. If you believe the rumors, Francis first statement was that the "suspect" or victim as the case may be was holding pepper spray. After he took a ride from the scene to the office with then Sergeant Ringen his story changed from pepper spray to something shiney.
ReplyDeleteWhat makes this change significant is the fact that case law pretty much prohibits the use of deadly force when confronted with pepper spray, but is much more open to interpretation if the officer saw something shiney and metallic in the hands of the person they shot at.
When you take into context all of Francis' issues, it's pretty good odds that he lied and is now trying to cover his ass.
There is no indication that the DA is planning to criminally charge him, although that would be the preferred remedy, it's more likely this whole dog and pony show is simply the result of poor Francis getting the "Brady" letter, which in law enforcement is the same as getting the scarlet letter.
Oh well Francis, if you lie, then you get to suffer the consequences. We, the taxpayers, shouldn't have to pay to bail you out of a mess of your own making.
Frank has nearly disassembled the Sheriff's Department, and has ruined so many peoples lives, there will be special place in Hell for his kind.

I did a Google.com search and found the LCN article dealing with the outcome of the origianl DA findings it makes an interesting read Now as it did back then. Plain and Simple Frank lied or if you like it will sugar He has a couple versions of what was or was not in the hands of the Door Jam Victim. It is too lengthy to post here but it warrents reading and then You too can see why DA Anderson has full power to say FRANK YOU ARE THE FATHER OF LIES.

............Not one agency or public official worth their salt is on the Rivero Friendship Boat,in fact that ship sailed and is about to sink to the bottom of the Lake, cause it is so full of Lies and Bull Crap.
If it were just one person, it would be different, but it is every single Law Enforcement Agency not just in Lake Co. But throughout the Tri county area, this one man wreaking crew has disassembled his Command staff and numerous officers and ranking employees have been treated like crap, given orders that are not in the best interest of any citizens welfare, some fired,some quit, some are just hanging in there and waiting for the other shoe to drop, and out goes Frank and then there are the Volunteers who work for Free They feel for the guys and gals of the LCSO they cannot stand what he has done to the moral starting with the two long time Reserves he got rid of don't believe the story he was putting out there, more lies as for the Volunteers many have stopped showing up, in fact Frank never has met the Volunteers in all the months he has been in office, that's right never had a meeting with them nor has appointed an officer to oversee the group, could that be because the entire Senior Volunteers supported and voted for Sheriff Rod Mitchell. which they preferred over Rivero, so to get back at them left them out to fall apart, yet he brags about the volunteers on the Sheriff site, hey ask about a Vacation check there is no one doing that anymore the last four who were doing it quit .............sounds about how he has run the show since taken the office. How much longer before someone he blunders and causes someones life------almost did that a couple weeks ago with the crash, still waiting for that outcome CHP is being very careful and going to render a valid report.

wow got to read some great stuff i overlooked did a Google search put in Rivero Brady Letter and up came a great input piece thanks to Napa Sheriff guy McMahon, hits it spot on. also anyone can read Lake County News for Feb. 19 2008 and read the report about the shooting that made Rivero the prime person to get a Brady, too many versions of what he said but seems too many witnesses that heard what went down. Thank seems that Truth is going to win again.

Antisocial Personality Disorder Overview (Written by Derek Wood, RN, BSN, PhD Candidate)
Antisocial Personality Disorder results in what is commonly known as a Sociopath. The criteria for this disorder require an ongoing disregard for the rights of others, since the age of 15 years. Some examples of this disregard are reckless disregard for the safety of themselves or others, failure to conform to social norms with respect to lawful behaviors, deceitfulness such as repeated lying or deceit for personal profit or pleasure, and lack of remorse for actions that hurt other people in any way. Additionally, they must have evidenced a Conduct Disorder before the age of 15 years, and must be at least 18 years old to receive this diagnosis.
People with this disorder appear to be charming at times, and make relationships, but to them, these are relationships in name only. They are ended whenever necessary or when it suits them, and the relationships are without depth or meaning, including marriages. They seem to have an innate ability to find the weakness in people, and are ready to use these weaknesses to their own ends through deceit, manipulation, or intimidation, and gain pleasure from doing so.

There currently is no form of psychotherapy that works with those with antisocial personality disorder, as those with this disorder have no desire to change themselves, which is a prerequisite. No medication is available either. The only treatment is the prevention of the disorder in the early stages, when a child first begins to show the symptoms of conduct disorder.

ReplyDeleteRiddle Me this Batman, Brucey How many Volunteers does Sheriff Frank Rivero have left? He totally ignored the annual Volunteer Appreciation Month and the actual week of the Volunteer, normally held by all agencies with a nice luncheon and acknowledgement of the generous hours put forth for Free. Let me save you the intense investigation of looking into the matter.
There was no such time of showing any Volunteers how much they are appreciated by the Sheriff who does represent the County,Heck they don't even have a Volunteer Coordinator since he has been in office.
No nice Luncheron to show how much He and the department appreciate the value of the services they perform for no pay, but much dedication. Well those numbers used to be in the 50 count, now without an error value give or take one or two people there are exactly 9 active Volunteers. Don't believe Me call the Sheriff and ask Him-------wait he won't know, why, he has never met with them when he took office-----nor ever.............now that is some sad news.
You will most likely delete this as it contains things you would rather not have the general public know as it show the lack of concern or care that Sheriff Rivero shows to those who work for him, however these free workers can walk and they have for various reasons.
Under Mitchell there were two times a year the volunteers were treated to a lunch and a dinner at the annual Employees Award banquet, paid for by private donations no money came from Tax payers. That too has gone by the way side if you do not acknowledge those who work hard for free or pay, you change the workplace moral and it sinks and sinks.
How do I know all of this-------simple I am one who USED to be a dedicated Volunteer until I got tired of being treated like I was since Rivero took office. I spend My time still volunteering but not for a thankless Sheriff.
so The Brady Letter has finally reared it head and Rivero knows He is finished as a Sheriff sorry it took so long, but we knew he would not make it to full term expect him to get ah sick or have a self inflicted accident and take the rest of the time off. Memo to anyone left on Patrol, get those Black official Unforms you used to wear proudly and take them out of mothballs.........Cause you will be able to wear them again, sorry so many of your rank and file left, had to with their sanity in tact, as did all but a couple volunteers. Heck Rivero never ever has had a meeting with his Deputies or The Volunteers, cause he never really cared, just wanted to turn the dept. upside down, call it the Brady that took him down. Lies will do that.

KKK Won't Adopt Highway: The state of Georgia has turned down an Adopt-A-Highway application from the Ku Klux Klan. The application would have allowed the white supremacist group to tidy up a stretch of highway and place a sign there with the name of their organization. But the state didn't think that would be a good idea.
Georgia transportation commissioner Keith Golden said, "The impact of erecting a sign naming an organization which has a long-rooted history of civil disturbance would cause a significant public concern."

The jury returned a guilty of all counts and special allegations verdict for defendant Orlando Joseph Lopez, 24, in the toddler-killing trial on Friday. He will be sentenced Aug. 7.
The Clearlake Oaks resident was accused of firing shotguns at a group of people gathered for a late-night party on June 18, 2011 killing Skylar Rapp, 4, and injuring five others.
Lopez faced 15 felonies (including one murder count and five counts of attempted murder) and nearly three dozen special allegations in connection to a fatal shooting in Clearlake late last spring. Lopez pleaded not guilty to the counts and denied the special allegations. The Lopez jury heard closing arguments Thursday. A full and detailed account will follow at www.record-bee.com.

DeleteWhat I find interesting is that for over a year Clint was at his usual racist behavior. Many of us asked him to stop. But Clint continued with his asinine and racist beliefs. But the LL's were more than happy to play along by either making fun of him or by crucifying him and other supposed racists both on their blog and on the "Lake County Sheriff: The Reality blog."

Then, after a year, all of the sudden the game changed and the "Reality Blog" was asked to be removed. Why? Could it be it had nothing to do with Clint's racist remarks but instead of retaliation for the complete skunking sustained by the LL's and their candidates during the last election?
It reminds me of the kid that plays along but then takes the ball home because his team is losing.

So let's explore JJ's unique thought processes. JJ asked about the statue of limitations on the RiMs illegal access. In JJ's mind if a robbery is committed, and the DA knows it, and the DA knows the people who committed the robbery, and he and those people together hide the fact and do nothing, then the statue of limitations applies. LMAO you see JJ those boys and girls were employed by Donny, those boys and girls and Donny actually tried to spy on the investigators while they were doing their job. Then Donny and those same investigators knowing the crimes they committed did nothing. That is JJ's thought process. That cover up by the way JJ is a felony. And JJ for a public official to be aware of crimes committed like Anita and the BOS and Donny and do nothing after being informed of said crimes by the sheriff, is a felony as well. JJ no matter how you try this is going to get real ugly for your racist klan of buddies. It also sounds as if JJ just admitted the crimes were committed, as he was asking how long his friends could be charged for it. Which also means JJ thinks the crimes are OK??
